Our venue does not have a lift.  Only the ground level restaurant and footpath dining are wheelchair accessible.

Our food menu is 100% gluten-free.  We do not store any ingredients in our kitchen that contain gluten, or may contain traces of gluten.

Our drinks menu is not 100% gluten-free; however, we have plenty of gluten-free drink options.  Please speak to our friendly staff if you need any assistance.

Our menu includes allergenic ingredients and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, fructose and more.  If you have any dietary requirements, please make sure you include the specific allergies in your booking notes, as well as tell the wait staff when you are seated.

Our restaurant takes bookings for indoor seating and outdoor seating on Hardware Lane, all day from 12pm via our online bookings system.  Walk-ins are also welcome.

Large groups must provide card pre-authorisation of $20 per person, which may be charged in case of late cancellation or no-shows.  For tables of 8 or more guests, dining from one of our set menu options is compulsory.

Tables cannot be reserved on the rooftop or mezzanine through our online reservations system, as we operate on a first come, first seated basis.  For large groups or events please enquire here or contact our team at info@hotelnacional.co

Our Level 3 Rooftop has fully retractable awnings and can be 100% protected against any bad weather conditions.  There are in-built heaters for the colder nights, and we have fans for hot weather.

Our Level 4 Rooftop Mezzanine is not protected from the weather, and this level may be closed in extreme conditions.

We offer 90 minute bottomless brunch sessions every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 12:00pm and 2:30pm.  All attendees of our bottomless brunch must partake in either the standard or alcohol-free offerings.

Our standard booking beverage options include margaritas, beer and wine, while the non-alcoholic option includes mocktails, soft drinks and juices.  All bottomless brunch bookings enjoy a selection of shared dishes from our kitchen as well as a choice of 2 tacos per person.

We welcome you to bring in your own cake to celebrate a special occasion.  To avoid cross-contamination, we'd prefer only gluten-free cakes, however disposable items are available to use if it is not celiac safe.  Please note cakeage is charged at $3 per person, with a maximum charge of $30 per booking.

Pets are only allowed on our footpath dining area.  Pets must not be fed during your visit to the venue, and pets must not be on any seats.
